Shipping
Shipping is not included and is quoted per order. You can order now: checkout shows $0 shipping, and we then email you the shipping cost to your address before production. If you don't accept it, we cancel the order and refund you in full. To know the cost before you order, contact us with your destination country and postal code. This housing is made to order, so delivery time starts after production; we confirm the timing by email.
Packaging and after-sales
- Need the packed size or weight for import paperwork? Ask us before you order.
- Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or has a quality problem, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Quality-related returns have no restocking fee.
- Ordered the wrong size or connection? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Contact us before you send anything back. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Custom-made items can be returned only for quality problems.
