Short answer. We build stainless steel bag filter housings and multi-cartridge filter housings to your flow rate, pressure, connections and material. Tell us what you are filtering and how much per hour. We reply by email with a quotation and a general-arrangement drawing, and nothing goes into production until you approve that drawing. One housing is a normal order.

We can also quote PVDF housings and cartridges for chemical service; send the chemical, concentration and temperature. Sizes outside these ranges are quoted case by case. We confirm on the quotation exactly what can be built.
What to specify
- Material: SUS304 or SUS316 (SUS316L for sanitary housings). See 304 vs 316.
- Connections: NPT or BSP threads, flanges (DN / PN or ANSI class) or tri-clamp. See NPT vs BSP.
- Inlet and outlet position: side-in side-out, side-in bottom-out, in-line, or not sure.
- Lid type, seal material and surface finish, if your site has a requirement.
- Accessories you need, such as a pressure gauge, vent and drain valves, legs, or spare bags and cartridges.
Not every combination is available on every housing. The quotation lists the options we can supply for your unit.
How ordering works
- Send your duty. Liquid, flow rate, pressure, temperature, connections, quantity and delivery country. If you are not sure of the size, leave it blank and we will recommend one.
- Get a quote and drawing. Price delivered to your door (DAP), production time and a general-arrangement drawing.
- Approve and pay the deposit. 30% by bank transfer once you approve the drawing.
- Production. Before shipping we send photos of the finished housing and packing; you pay the 70% balance.
- Delivery. Crated and shipped by air or sea to your door. Import duties and VAT/GST are paid by the buyer on arrival.

FAQ
How do I choose between a bag filter and a cartridge filter?
Bag filters suit higher dirt loads and coarser filtration, and the bags are quick to change. Multi-cartridge housings suit cleaner liquids and finer filtration, such as protecting RO membranes. Many systems use a bag filter first and a cartridge filter after it. Send us your liquid and flow rate and we will recommend one.
How long does a custom housing take?
Production time depends on size and options. Every quotation states the production time and the transit time for air or sea freight to your door.
Do your housings carry PED, ASME or WaterMark certification?
Ask us for your specific project. We state on the quotation exactly which documents we can supply and never claim a certification we do not hold.
Can you copy my existing housing?
Send a drawing or photos with key dimensions, connection sizes and the bag or cartridge it uses, and we will tell you whether we can build it.
Can I use it for beer, kombucha or other drinks?
It depends on the liquid, temperature, cleaning chemicals and your site's sanitary requirements. See sanitary tri-clamp filters for what we need to know.
