Shipping charges and availability

Where a shipping option is available at checkout, review the displayed charge before completing your order. If no shipping option is shown for your address, please request a delivery quotation before placing an order.

For a delivery quotation, include the product or model, quantity, destination country and postal code. Ask us to confirm the delivery arrangement, shipping charges and expected timing for your order. Worldwide enquiries do not mean that every destination has an available checkout shipping service.

Delivery questions or damage

For delivery questions, contact alicia@ssfilterhousing.com and include your order number if available. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately about damaged, defective or incorrect items. See our refund policy for return requests.
