Prices and shipping
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, for most products. Standard shipping is free to the UK, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UAE, Switzerland, Norway and Israel, and the price you see is what you pay for the item and its delivery. All prices are in US dollars. Other countries: delivery to your freight forwarder in China is free. Bag filter housings and multi-cartridge housings (including sanitary multi-cartridge housings) are not included: after you order, we email you a shipping quote by weight and destination before production. If you do not accept it, we cancel the order and refund you in full. See our shipping policy for delivery times.
Can I get faster delivery?
United States: express shipping with duties and taxes included is available at checkout for an extra charge based on weight. Other destinations: contact us before ordering and we will quote express delivery.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
United States: standard and express shipping include US import duties and taxes (DDP), so nothing more is collected on delivery. All other destinations: prices do not include local import VAT, GST or duties, which your carrier or customs may collect on delivery. If you have a question for your country, ask us before ordering.
Are there any other charges?
No handling or packing fees are added. Any charge, such as US express shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping for bag filter housings and multi-cartridge housings is quoted by email after you order, before production.
My country is not listed for free shipping. Can you still ship?
Yes. Every country can check out, with free delivery to your freight forwarder in China. For door-to-door delivery, request a delivery quote with the product, quantity, destination country and postal code before ordering.
Ordering and payment
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email and delivery address.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout. Your card details are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout: 1% off 2 to 4 items, 4% off 5 to 9 items and 5% off 10 or more items in one order. For 20 or more units, or a project quantity, ask for a quote.
Can I get a quote or invoice before ordering?
Yes. Send your requirements with quantity and destination and we will reply by email with a written quotation.
Choosing the right product
How do I know a cartridge fits my housing?
Check the cartridge format, measured length, outside diameter and end style. Our cartridge size guide explains how to measure. If you are not sure, send us your existing model or measurements before ordering.
Are housings supplied with filter cartridges?
No, unless the product title says so. Housings are sold without cartridges.
What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316?
Both are stainless steel. SUS316 contains molybdenum and resists chlorides and many chemicals better, so it is the usual choice for salt water and more corrosive fluids. SUS304 suits most water applications.
How long do made-to-order items take?
SUS316 versions, bag filter housings and multi-cartridge housings are made after you order. We confirm the production time with you by email after your order is placed.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or has a quality problem, contact us with photos and we will resolve it with no restocking fee. For other returns, such as the wrong size, items must be unused in original packaging, the buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Custom-made items are not eligible for non-quality returns. See our refund policy.
