- Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or has a quality problem, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Quality-related returns have no restocking fee.
- Ordered the wrong size or connection? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Contact us before you send anything back. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Custom-made items can be returned only for quality problems.
