Cartridge or bag?

  • Cartridges fit cartridge housings. Check the diameter family (2.5 in, 4.5 in jumbo or φ133 mm), the length and the end style. See the filter cartridge size guide.
  • Bags fit bag filter housings. Check the bag size (#1, #2, #3 or #4) and the ring style of your housing. See bag filter housings.

How ratings are listed

  • Stainless steel mesh cartridges and stainless mesh bags are listed by mesh count, not microns.
  • PP sediment cartridges, felt bags, nylon mesh bags and oil-absorbing bags are listed in microns.

Reusable or disposable?

Stainless steel mesh cartridges and stainless mesh bags can be cleaned and reused. PP melt-blown cartridges and felt bags are replaced when they are loaded.
